By using the Tricksy app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Entertainment Only

Tricksy is provided for entertainment purposes only. All in-game currency (chips and points) is virtual and has no real-world monetary value. No real money is wagered, won, or exchanged at any time. Tricksy is not a gambling platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tricksy. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit bugs in the game
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated scripts or bots to play on your behalf
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service

4. Virtual Items

Virtual chips, points, and any other in-game items are licensed to you for use within the Service only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or redeemed in any way outside the app.

5. Advertising

Tricksy displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Android app) and Google AdSense (web). These services may use cookies and device identifiers to show relevant ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Tricksy — including artwork, game logic, sounds, and design — is owned by or licensed to Tricksy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free gameplay. Virtual progress (chips, points, stats) may be lost in the event of a technical failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tricksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
